No — we do not reseal, weigh, or tamper with any products. All items are factory-sealed.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once stock is allocated.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — for unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Opened items, mystery boxes, and clearance items cannot be returned.
