At CardRealm, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and securely. All orders are packed with care to ensure your trading card products arrive in perfect condition.


🚚 Processing Times

We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods (new set releases, holidays, sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Pre‑orders ship on or after the official release date.

We ship Australia‑wide using trusted carriers such as:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

If you haven’t received tracking within 48 hours, please contact us.

All items are packed securely to protect sealed products, including:

  • Bubble wrap

  • Protective mailers

  • Reinforced boxes for booster boxes and cases

We treat collector items with collector‑level care.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Re‑shipping fees may apply

If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll update it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery is outside our control.

If your package is:

  • Delayed — please allow extra time during peak seasons

  • Marked as delivered but not received — check with neighbours or your local post office

  • Lost — we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the courier

Refunds or replacements are handled case‑by‑case based on courier outcomes.

At this time, CardRealm ships within Australia only.

International shipping may be added in the future.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. Delays can occur during peak seasons or customs processing.
Are your products authentic?
Yes — all products sold by CardRealm are 100% authentic, factory-sealed, and sourced from trusted distributors.
Do you sell resealed or weighed packs?
No — we do not reseal, weigh, or tamper with any products. All items are factory-sealed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once stock is allocated.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — for unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Opened items, mystery boxes, and clearance items cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
