At CardRealm, we take pride in providing 100% authentic, factory‑sealed trading card products and delivering a smooth, collector‑friendly shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Change of Mind (Sealed Products Only)

We accept change‑of‑mind returns only if the item is still:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original factory‑sealed condition

  • In resellable condition

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change‑of‑mind returns.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened booster boxes, packs, decks, or accessories

  • Products where the seal has been broken

  • Mystery boxes or randomised products

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Pre‑orders cancelled after the product has been allocated or shipped

Once a sealed product is opened, we cannot offer refunds based on:

  • Pull rates

  • Card quality inside the packs

  • Duplicate cards

  • Personal expectations

This is standard across the TCG industry.


📦 Return Shipping

For eligible returns:

  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage

  • A tracking number must be provided

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover return shipping.


💰 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

You may request a cancellation before your order is shipped.

We cannot cancel orders that:

  • Have already been shipped

  • Are pre‑orders that have been allocated

  • Are awaiting restock from suppliers

Do you sell resealed or weighed packs?
No — we do not reseal, weigh, or tamper with any products. All items are factory-sealed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once stock is allocated.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — for unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Opened items, mystery boxes, and clearance items cannot be returned.
