Welcome to the CardRealm Points Program β€” our way of rewarding loyal collectors with exclusive benefits, discounts, and bonuses. Every purchase brings you closer to rewards.


🎁 1. How to Earn Points

You earn points automatically when you shop at CardRealm.

Ways to earn:

  • 1 point for every $1 AUD spent

  • Bonus points during special promotions

  • Points for creating an account (if enabled)

  • Points for referring friends (if enabled)

  • Points for leaving product reviews (if enabled)

Points are added to your account once your order is confirmed and paid.

Points can be redeemed at checkout for discounts.

Redemption example:

  • 100 points = $5 off

  • 200 points = $10 off

  • 500 points = $25 off

(You can adjust these values in your Shopify rewards app.)

You must be logged into your CardRealm account to redeem points.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Points expire after 12 months of inactivity

  • Expired points cannot be restored

We will notify you before points expire (if your rewards app supports notifications).


🚫 4. Non‑Eligible Purchases

Points cannot be earned on:

  • Shipping fees

  • Taxes

  • Gift cards

  • Orders refunded or cancelled

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

If an order is refunded, the points earned from that order will be deducted.

If you return an item:

  • Points earned from that purchase will be removed

  • If you used points to buy the item, those points will be refunded to your account once the return is approved

We reserve the right to adjust points for errors or misuse.


🌍 6. International Customers

International customers can earn and redeem points the same way as Australian customers.

Points are always calculated in AUD.


⚠️ 7. Abuse or Misuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts

  • Remove points

  • Cancel rewards

  • Disable the program

…if we detect abuse, fraud, or manipulation.

Examples include:

  • Creating multiple accounts

  • Repeated refund abuse

  • Attempting to exploit the system

Yes β€” all products sold by CardRealm are 100% authentic, factory-sealed, and sourced from trusted distributors.
Do you sell resealed or weighed packs?
No β€” we do not reseal, weigh, or tamper with any products. All items are factory-sealed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once stock is allocated.
Do you accept returns?
Yes β€” for unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Opened items, mystery boxes, and clearance items cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
