Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is highly valued at Card Realm. In case you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items should be in original condition, unopened and returned with original packaging. The proof of purchase is required.

In case you have received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the order along with the photos of the problem and we will assist you with a refund or replacement.

Upon receipt and examination of the returned item, you will be notified about it. You will get your refund by the same payment method which you used while making an order. It may take some time because of different banks' policies.

In case of change-of-mind orders, the customer is liable to pay for the return shipping cost, unless Australian Consumer Law says anything else.
